This has been my first year in PE and I can easily say I love the way PE is done in highschool waaaaayy better than elementary school just cause It makes me not as lazy as I seemed to be in elementary school PE. With our active learning class I've been more open to working up a sweat and getting more active which is a great way to start my first year here. Despite my knee injuries and all my other incidents with breaking my toe, I believe that I have been hardworking through all of our PE classes and our fitness days as I do try to stay clear from working out next to friends because I do like to be more independant and work at my own pace and level. The only one fitness day where I felt like I had trouble was the hill run, just because of the sprinting up over and over was a llittle bit hard on my knees but i still worked through it. For the next couple months I would aim towards taking another level up with working harder an harder getting my fitness level up and doing better with the weight room. This term I think I'd deserve an A for my effort in fitness and active learning class and how hard I work independantly with fitness on things like
Insanity and the beep test, and also for the way I am with getting people to try and actually do something in PE sometimes. Thanks for a great first semester of active learning.
